Guys, there are still good people out there!

<p>My partner was involved in a minor accident with my car. Discovery Insure arranged that it be uplifted from house for repairs. As per my policy I was furnished with a small courtsey vehicle. When I followed up with Discovery Insure re progress of the repairs I found that the allocated claims handler (if that is what they are called) had a family bereavement and was not available. I was contacted by another who took over her matters. Then it was a stuggle to get hold of him until I found was helpful lady there by the name of Thobile Nqotheni. What a star!! Before I spoke to this lady I was told by firends how *****ed and useless insurance companies, particularly for motor vehicles, are. So I was already expecting the worst. Wow, this Nqotheni lady was professional, always available, always return calls, always gives valuable assistance and advices. Although i have misgivings about the panelbeaters, my vehicle is on the way to be repaired and was assured that I will get it soon. Thumbs up to this fantastic lady and therefore to Discovery Insure!!!! </p>
