Mark Hope is what happened. i have to confirm that Discovery made a great investment the day that they decided to employ Mark Hope. he goes the extra mile every time he deals with queries. I had issues with debit orders for my clients that did not go through and mark identified what the root was and he assisted me in rectifying the issue and he called the client and made sure that client was happy with the service.
