Great understanding and assistance

The consultant I spoke with in the Retentions department was initially annoying as he had a thought process of what he thought I should do which was completely opposite to what I needed. After I asked him to LISTEN to me he saw my point of view and then came to the party by helping me reduce my premium substantially. If I was asked to rate his service based on the first half of the call, I would not rate him highly at all. However he really stepped up and assisted me. I am really grateful that he actually listened to me and was able to assist me. Thank you.
