I would like to salute Paulus Furstenburg for the amazing service he gave me. As a team leader, when my query wasn't resolved to my satisfaction, he immediately took over and made sure that all relevant parties meant to assist me with my claim did their part. Even when I encountered issues that were outside of his division, he never dismissed me and was always helping to guiding me to the relevant people. He is effective and a reliable team leader.
