Great service/Third party claim

i just felt it wil be appropriate to send Zweli Mashele appreciation as the consultant who dealt with me when Themba Mkhabele was not available, he would pick up as if he spoken to me before, the way in which he wil have the background for the issue at hand. went an Extra mile when his manager thought it was not necessary . but he went to quiry the report from the assessor and listen to my side also. He is very fair and proffesional and not emotional at all, even when we got heated argument he remain calm unlike his manager who when i spoke to her she told me the bark end with her i can complain anywhere futher. it will come to her as the manager. To Zweli i would like to say keep it that way even with other clients thank you for great service
