Great Service - Thank you

I had a burst geyser recently and I'm really happy to report that Discovery Insure and their partner 24Fix carried out the replacement superbly. Well done guys. Its so nice to see we can get really great service from companies in SA. <br> <br> The things you did really well:<br> <br> 1. You kept me informed with continuous calls, SMS and telephonic followups<br> 2. You kept your promises<br> 3. The replacement was installed well, by a dedicated and committed team. <br> 4. The old geyser was removed and my roof was left clean. There was not a single piece of wire left behind<br> <br> Just a word on the installation team: They spent more than 3 hours in my roof doing the installation. The senior guy, Davies, said the previous installation was fitted incorrectly and he went about fixing it. FIY... he was a black guy for those ******s out there that paint people by colour. The previous installation was done by a white guy. It's not about the colour of our skin, its about commitment to a cause. Davies is just one of those remarkable people we come across every once in a while.<br> <br> The pressure in my entire houses plumbing system has vastly improved since my new geyser was fitted. <br> <br> Thank you
