Last week I phoned for a vehicle insurance quotation (considering a purchase) and change of banking/billing details. I had the pleasure of (for the second time in two years) be assisted by Jolan Govender - what are the odds? He actually remembered my surname... Nice and personal touch! He assisted me promptly and flawlessly. Everything was done within a few minutes and without the need of any supporting documentation (change of banking details) as needed with some other service providers! Well done Jolan!
