Excellent customer service from Shivan Naidoo in Department: DQ Track Vitalitydrive. Friendly, quick, helpful - definitely went the extra mile. Thank you for the excellent service. Info promised with 4 days was delivered in around 9hrs. I should also add that I was phoning at the last second before they closed for business - I applaud Shivan for still being friendly & cooperative and then going to extra trouble to ensure the required info reached me earlier than expected.
