Great Service Recovery!!!

Thank you for the service recovery done by Lebogang Khalo. She is so efficient and went over and above to resolve my claim and restore my faith in the Discovery brand. Since my claim has been allocated to her I get regular progress feedback. She must be the best and deserves to be promoted.

I'd also like to acknowledge Manasseh Plaatjies for reaching out to me and ensuring that she'd be hands on and oversee this claim.

I truly appreciate your dedication from, Zunaid who arranged for towing right to the ladies mentioned above. I'm happy to say we won't be leaving Discovery because of you.
