Great service received from Tatum Van Staden

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Tatum Van Staden from the Santon branch for a great service she rendered during my claim.

My car was in an accident on the 13th February 2018 and as a result, it was written-off. I take my hat off and have to give credit where it's due to Tatum Van Staden who was very efficient in handling my claim from day one. She kept me informed of every single thing that took place during that time, from when she was awaiting the assessment report to when the claim was settled. She kept me up to date with the progress every single day and sometimes sending me an email twice a day.

She was again very efficient in sending me the necessary documentation needed to process the claim in a very timely manner. Not once did I have the need to call and do a follow up on the progress of the claim.

I was really impressed with the great service I received from her, and I would like to thank you Discovery Insure for having well trained and proffesional staff. I am really in awe of the service I got from Tatum.

I am most certainly joining DIscovery Insure again when I have purchased a new car. I was so happy that I convinced my two colleagues to switch their vehicle insurance to Discovery Insure.

Give that lady a Bell's!!!
