Great service received

It wasn't even 5 minutes after the accident that I received a phone call from Busi Mlangeni from Discovery Insure. I asked her if I can give her a call back as I first wanted to assess the damage myself. She sms'd me her number so I could phone her back, which I did a few minutes later. She was incredibly helpful, friendly and patient. She spoke to the tow truck driver herself and sent all the required information to us and them via Whatsapp. She even arranged with Avis for our rental car. I must say she actually did all of the work. All I had to do was send photos. Thank you Busi and Discovery, great service!
