Great Service- Prompt Response

<p>I lost my phone over the course of the weekend, and logged a claim with Discovery Insure on Saturday morning. The agent who assisted me, Lelethu Jonga, sent me an e- mail at 8:00 on Monday morning, requesting additional information. </p> <p> </p> <p>At my request, the claim was expedited and resolved within 8- 9 hours. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have claimed from Discovery Insure in the past as well, and have always found their consultants to be professional, dedicated and friendly, especially in dealing with frustrated customers who are already in a less than ideal situation due to loss or theft.
