Great service, positive feedback and follow up

Morning, on thursday 26 March 2015 i called in at the Discovery insure call centre requesting documentation that proves that i will be covered when i cross the border into Botswana. I needed the letter stating dates i will be travelling on. at first i got assisted by another lady who did not give me the letter stating the dates but just the validity period. I called in again around 5pm and Dudu Mkhize assisted me, she understood my request and promised to deliver as soon as possible. Later on that evening she called again to confirm the details and structure of the letter i requested. She promised to get the letter signed the following day first thing in the morning, and indeed she did just that. In the morning, 27th March 2015, she called me to just make me aware that she is on top of things and i should be getting my letter in the next 30 to 45 minutes. Indeed i got my letter as i had requested it. Thank you so much Dudu, you are an angel. I travelled well to Botswana, got back home safe with no incidents. Keep up the good work.
