Great Service on Claim ***

<p>I was insured by different companies in the past and the best decision I made this year was to move my insurance over to Discovery Insure.</p> <p>At one point in this year I was considering to move my insurance to another company to save on premiums however I experienced issues that required me to submit a claim with Discovery Insure.</p> <p>I tried logging my claim using the Mobile app and it was really seamless and really quick, then I received a call from one of the Agents Preyalen Moodley who was absolutely a legend when it came to customer service. He called me to confirm that I have logged a request and that he has contacted the service provider. He then contacted me back to find out if the provider contacted me, then once again to confirm whether the service provider was at my home to conduct the assessment.</p> <p> </p> <p>The next morning he called me to explain what was the outcome of the assessment, what caused the damage and that the repairs have been approved.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now from this experience I honestly believe that Preyalen should write a book on Exceptional Client Service and the book should be handed out to all insurance companies, service providers and etc. to teach them a thing or two about Client Service. Really the best service I have ever received, the honesty, speedy service and friendliness is out of this world.</p> <p> </p> <p>Discovery insure is the first insurance company that doesn’t make me feel like a ******** when I call them or log a claim, they go out of the way for me and treat me like royalty and not just like a client or customer.</p> <p>I really would take my hat off for this service if I had on a hat and like they say in the Bells advert when someone does a good job “ give that man a bells” please acknowledge Preyalen.</p> <p>After this great service I can say that I will remain for discovery insure and not move to another insurance company.</p> <p> </p>
