Great service on building claim

I incurred a hiccup with one of my client's claims not being assessed correctly by an assessor.

Before I could log the query with Discovery Insure, the Buildings Specialist, Mark Carter, had already made contact with the client and arranged for a competent assessor to have a look at the damage applicable.

I just received a call from him to confirm that there is a claimable loss and that he would take it from there. Thanks to everyone involved. 5 stars if the first assessor didn't make the Service Provider list to begin with.
