Excellent service from Ntombi Nyembe (Retentions Department). I was ready to cancel my Discovery insurance policy, due to poor service received from a different department. Ntombi was very patient in seeking to understand the problem. She followed up proactively to give me feedback, and offered me a quotation that convinced me to stay.
