Great service - no bad vibes

I am going through the process of cancelling my car insurance with Discovery. I have done this a few times as I'm sure many do and this was quite a refreshing experience as my cancellation was accepted gracefully and objectively. Unfortunately I cannot afford my insurance with Discovery anymore, but their service has been great. Thank you Shimanie for ensuring the process was not awkward and didn't leave any bad feelings.
