Great Service - Kirk De Sai

I would like to commend Kirk De Sai on exceptional service. This review is bitter sweet - as I had cancelled my policy with Discovery Insure - due to poor service and ridiculous increase in policy premiums. I got a hold of Kirk De Sai today and he was the only consultant who took the time to ensure that I received my notification with the correct policy cancellation date - this after chatting to 3 consultants yesterday and being told that i will get a revised notification. He also advised me that there was money in my excess funder account that would be paid out to me - none of the other consultants bothered to mention this. Discovery Insure get your other consultants to learn from Kirk - he is a shining example of what good customer service is. Employ more people like Kirk to service your customers
