Great Service, Keep it Up.

Hi, I lodged a claim on Sunday, 1st Oct 2017 via the web. Emails and SMS's were sent to me on a regular basis to keep me informed. My claims administrator, Onwaba Ngcipe, promised me that we will have the claim authorized with 3 days. On the 4th Oct @11h00 I received confirmation that the claim was authorized. I also received a call from the repair service provider that the parts for my vehicle were being ordered. Thats Service delivery for you.
