Great service in reducing insurance premium

I was not happy with the proposed increase to my policy, so I phoned Discovery Insure's policy change department. A lady by the name of Ruth helped me to reduce my premium by almost R 600 by explaining to me the different options I have, and how it would effect my premium.<br> <br> She really went the extra mile to try and help me to get a better premium and displayed excellent knowledge about all things policy related.<br> <br> We need more people like Ruth in this country, so thank you Ruth!<br> <br> Alex Nienaber
