I logged a claim with my broker (Wayne Scrooby) on Monday at 8:53am regarding a loss of a specified item on my policy. They referred my claim to Discovery and I got a call from Ushen Ajodha to confirm details. The claim was finalized by 9:23am and I received notification of payment shortly after that!

Great service from both parties involved!!
