Great service from the call centre. However, the great service is not consistent across the entire business

Only reason it’s a 4 and not a 5 is their colleagues in the contract review department let them down. Still waiting on a callback 2 days later. Not surprising though because this is the department that is meant to review and lower my installment. They clearly want to continue milking me as long as they can.
