Great service from teleconsultant-Ntombi Nyembe

<p>I had called Discovery Insure intent on cancelling my policy as I was getting better quote from alternate insurance provider. Was put through to Ntombi from cancellations department who managed the call very professionally. She patiently allowed me to explain my case, then provided good advice and solutions as to how i could get a better deal. She was able to offer a discount on my premiums so I am sticking with Discovery for now.</p>
