Great service from selective individuals.

<p><strong>Ive been dealing with discovery for over a month now and during that time I have received excellent service from certain indivduals namely: Nompumelelo Bandezi and Brett Baartman.</strong> I cannot say this about all the discovery employees having dealt with more than 15 individuals, majority have an attitude and are not very helpful. I have to say the claims system needs to be changed as you are allocated a claim advisor however they are based in an inbound call centre and you are never able to speak to them as they are always on another call!! Its has taken no less than 2 weeks for discovery to organise the collection of my original documents and change of ownership. I am happy with the service of the two individuals i have named but not the rest</p>
