Great service from Roland Herman

I recent had an insurance claim and had the pleasure od dealing with Roland Herman from Discovery Insure. He certainly certainly went the extra mile by keeping me in the loop at all times and also following up with the assessors. the initial assessor gave a sub standard vague report and also didn't keep to his appointments. Roland suggested I have another assessor come out and he also followed up with him. the service I received is World class and Roland is certainly keeping the Discovery flag flying high.
