Great Service from Retentions department of Discovery in keeping their clients

I had a great discovery experience with Rekha Jackdave from the Retentions department regarding cancellation of my policy due to the high rates I was paying. She assisted me with patience and we went over different options, clearly explaining downgrades from classic to essential plans and saved myself R600. I had a much cheaper option with other competitive insurance companies that would have saved me R1000 net, however after the discussion I realised that its still worth my interest in staying with discover and the R400 extra was negligible vs the service and benefits I was getting. Thank you Rekha Jackdave for taking the time in discussions of various options and quotations to retain the customer base.

I appreciate it and still enjoyed the fact of discovery being competitive.

If I can however suggest that clients have a pay as you drive option ( especially given that we don't drive during COVID19)
