Great service from Patricia Lekalakala at Discovery Insure

I received an email from Discovery telling me that my premiums were increasing by a little over R300 having been with them for a few claim free years and tolerated a vitality drive service that just wasn't working for me, I made the decision to leave.

So I called this morning to cancel my service and was put through to a lady by the name of Patricia Lekalakala in the Retentions Department. Patricia managed to take me through reasons why my vitality drive was possibly ineffective and provided a new quote for my vehicle. Patricia was extremely thorough and patient with me. I was ready to leave Discovery and take both my vehicle and medical aid cover somewhere else, she managed to present solutions that work for me. Thank you Patricia, you are single handedly the only reason why I didn't cancel both my vehicle and medical insurance with Discovery today.
