Great service from Optimum Assist and Discovery Insure
I recently had an issue with my car and BMW on call wasnt connecting so I called Discovery Insure who got Optimum Assist (Lunga) to help. William Machitso from Discovery was fabulous - calling me constantly to see if all was okay and Lunga was very courteous and helpful,going the extra mile to make sure I was home safely. They made a very unpleasant situation a lot better.
