Great service from Muziwakhe (claims administrator)
I was burgled on 17 July 2020 and it was quite a traumatic experience. Muziwakhe was assigned to my claim and he was just amazing from start to finish. His professionalism made the process feel effortless.
I was anxious about this claim process, as I had a claim issue with Discovery Insure in the past. Muziwakhe managed to restore my faith in the brand. Thank you!
