Great Service from Ms Manaka

<br> My experience with Discovery for the past few years has not been anything to talk about, but my recent engagement on a short-term insurance claim gave me a bit of confidence in Discovery again. <br> <br> Dealing with Ms Ntotole Bessy Manaka (Claims Administrator) was quite refreshing. Receiving a claim update call from Discovery is not something I am accustomed to, but this time around, I had to get used to it because this lady understands what customer care is all about. <br> <br> From communicating with Bessy over the phone, you can tell that she is very professional, knows her job and she enjoys doing what she does. <br> <br> Thank you Discovery for great customer care, you got it right this time.
