Great service from Moloko Mathabathe at Discovery Insure

I recently had the unfortunate experience of needing roadside assistance. I proceeded to contact my insurance, Discovery, and a kind assistant Moloko Mathabathe answered the phone. She was very professional but not cold and assisted me with a high level of respect and empathy. When i could not explain to here where I was located at the time, she kindly shared a whatsapp no with me to which i could send my live location in order for her to send the roadside assistant vehicle my way. She subsequently followed up with me several times after the incident to determine whether i got home safely. She also followed up the next day to check whether i was able to attend to the car and sort the issue out. I was very impressed and very pleased with her service. :)
