Great service from Lorenzo Domingo

I have been with Discovery insure for almost 3 years now , had 2 claim thus far . Last year when I claimed the panel shop did not complete the work as a part of the door arch was not replaced. I was called by one of Discovery Insure team members Lorenzo Domingo who assisted me and made sure that the part was replaced . He kept me up to date at all time aswell as contact me almost everyday to ask me if the panel shop had replaced the part and he even contacted them as they were taking too long. On Friday a lady reversed into me and I contacted Lorenzo Domingo on his personel cellphone number and he went out of his way to help me even though he was busy and not once he told me to call the claims department but he said he will assist me making sure that the claim will be sorted from both paries . The team at Discovery aswell as Lorenzo Domingo really do go the extra mile .
