Great service from Discovery Insure

I'd like to commend Fundiswa Loza from the Retentions department, for her professionalism and patience while I was cancelling my insurance policy with Discovery. She tried to get a comparative quote in order to try and retain me as a client, however it didn't work out. She was very frank about it and I appreciate that she didn't try to force her way in making me change my mind. Very professional.

She also arranged for the tracking unit to be uninstalled after another call centre lady had told me that I wont need to do any uninstallation.
