Great Service from Discovery Insure

I've recently moved to discovery Insure. A power surge wiped out my microwave and washing machine. I called Discovery to find out whether we were covered. They told me I was and how to submit a claim. I got caught up in my day to day stuff and forgot to submit. Tshwarelo Mathe a call centre agent from Discovery called me to find out whether I still wished to submit a claim, and helped me do it. I've never received this kind of service from an insurance company. Thank you!<br> <br>
