Great service from Discovery Emergency Assist and First Call Locksmiths!!

The lock to our security gate at the home office broke. This was one of those days which we could not afford to loose working hours. I phoned Discovery Insure before 07:00 and the service was superb.

Zunaid Joseph from the Emergency Service department assisted me extremely professionally and friendly. He kept me well informed and made certain we are assisted properly. This was truly a great experience.

the locksmith that came out was Jan from from First Call Locksmiths. What a pleasure to work with a friendly and knowledgeable person. He replaced the lock at a price I cannot buy the lock from the a hardware store (while I was prepared to pay double the amount)!!! Truly great service - thank you.
