Great service from Discovery
I had such a refreshing experience this morning when I contacted Discovery Insure stuck on the N3 in peak hour traffic. I was assisted by VINCENO WILHASE who first calmed me down, then arranged for roadside assistance with one of their providers to assist me. He called me back immediately after speaking to the service provider to let me know how long they will take to get to me. I appreciated the fact that he was so friendly and genuinely concerned, he kept me updated and checked up on me after my car was towed to make sure all was in order. Thank you Vinceno.

He went over and above to make sure I still made it to work after the incident and checked up on me after the fact to make sure I was feeling better because the poor man had been subjected to a teary Me???? Thanks to Edgar for being such a caring human being despite the impatient motorists that were hooting, shouting and swearing as if we stood on the side of the road for fun!!
