Great service from Dineo Mvelase

My claim was being handled by Dineo Mvelase. She was patient with me, as I couldn’t decide if I wanted to go with iStore or a different service provider. Throughout our calls, she was polite, bubbly and answered all the questions I had. She phoned me back exactly at the time she said she would and was responding to my emails promptly. If discovery would get more people like her, for the other departments, I’m sure clients would be happy.
