Great service from call center agent, Amanda.
I want to thank Amanda Ntlabathi who answered my call at the Discovery Insure call center yesterday. My vehicle broke down and I needed information regarding the whereabouts of the tow truck; she was friendly and efficient and got back to be in record time.
Great service Amanda, keep it up...
