Great service from Boitumelo Mathatho

<p>I took up a new vehicle and household insurance policy at Discovery but the premium was higher than what I am paying my current insurer. I tried to get the premium to be lowered but i was unsuccessful at first until i spoke to Boitumelo at retentions on the 10th of August. I really wanted to keep the policy because of the awesome benefits it offers and Boitumelo managed to reduce the premium. It was heart warming to speak to someone who not only gave a solution to my problem but also did it with so much joy and energy.
