<p>I had the unfortunate bad-luck of having 2 vehicles involved in 2 separate fender benders in 5 days. Unfortunately for my insurance company, whilst having been claim free for a number of years, in December 2016 i opted to change to Discovery Insure. Whilst not the end of the world, the time and energy involved in getting insurance claims sorted can be a daunting task - i had the fortune of being insured by Discovery Insure - my broker Andre Bottger went well beyond the call of duty and helped me log the claim - less than a week and my claim is approved and my vehicle is off to be repaired this afternoon - I was very impressed with the speed and level of professional service dedicated to me by Discovery Insure - Sandton - Motor Claims Consultant.
