Great service for my first emergency road side response request

My car wouldn't start on a Saturday afternoon. I called the emergency response and spoke to "Christo Smit". Within 30 minutes, I had a tow truck at my gate. The man managed to start my car with a battery pack and a jump start. I then still got a call back from Christo the moment the tow truck driver left just to confirm all was ok and still gave me some advice on what to do about the car not starting. Really great service.
