GREAT SERVICE
I am Banathi, I received a call from Discovery Insure about the quote I've done with them a while back. The consultant was Kastello Govender, firstly, he apologized on behalf of his company for the issues we had previously. He was friendly, as was expected. Above all, he was respectful and gave me enough time to ask all the questions I had and he also took his time to answer to make sure we were on the same page.
I was thrilled with his customer service excellence, he made me feel welcomed and wanted. Thanks Kastello!
