Great service & efficient system

I lodged a claim for the repairs to our alarm system on the Discovery Insure website yesterday morning (12 May 2015). Immediately I received acknowledgement via e-mail and sms that the claim had been logged. Within 5 minutes of the notification the claim consultant (Lelethu) called me to discuss the claim procedure. I had to wait for the service providers report and quote, but once I e-mailed those through the claim was finalised within 10 minutes. The entire claim was processed and approved by 16h10. <br> <br> That is terrific service.
