just had amazing help from calling insure direct as i was getting no help from my consultant and speaking to Yandiswa Lupondo...was extremely concerned at a r900 increase on my monthly policy. She explained annual and a national interim increase which i didnt agree with and she helped me change my policy understanding my needs easily and doing her best to help me. Definetly worth the long call instead of trying to get info from my consulant.🙂 thank you Yaya
