Great service - Discovery insure - their staff care

I was driving through Turffontein on my way to work, another car shot through a red traffic light and hit me on the side of my car, making me spin round facing the direction of where I was coming

Anyway, I called my daughter and my company, asking for a colleague to come to me.

As I was getting out of my car, I received a call from Discovery Isure, - my tracker alert informed them that something had happened to me. The person was great, offered me medical assistance, not once, but often, just in case – I declined. They wanted to know if they could inform someone for me, I told them about my colleague and my daughter who were coming to me. He also wanted to know if I could drive my car – at that stage, I thought I could.

Anyway, I got a follow up call, had my colleague and daughter arrived yet? My colleague, checked my car for me, and I had to inform Discovery that my car was not driveable, so Discovery insure, arranged a tow truck, they informed me who was coming and what time they were coming. I then get a call from Help 24, asking my preferred area where I would like my car to go for repairs Help 24 – were great, and were highly complimenting about Discovery – “best in the business” were their words.

We then were all able to leave the scene of the accident, I saw a doctor, went to the chemist and then headed on home. Before I knew it a Discovery consultant calls me, the claim is process and my hired car from Avis was in my garage by 15h00

I cannot express how glad I am to be a member of the Discovery insure family, there was no way that I could have done all that by myself in the state of shock I was in.
