I rate Thandeka Mncube from Discovery Insure, a 10/10, she is the best consultant in the claims department that I have ever dealt with.

When I first submitted my claim, Martha was supposed to handle my claim, but by my second email there was no response from her. So I phoned Discovery and Thandeka helped me from there.

She has very good communicating s****s, She was the first Consultant in Discovery that I met, that would reply to my emails and and keep me up to date with regards to my claim.
