In a time where Insurance companies are coming under severe criticism for their service or a lack thereof, I have just received top notch service at Discovery Insure from a lady called Safiyah Fondling. She just went all out to make sure all my issues are sorted out which I have been struggling with for a month now. She really put a smile on my face and to all at Discovery Insure I say keep up the good work. Her understanding of the issues and way she just knew who to call and when to call them gave me a sense of being in the right hands. When I complained about being on my cell phone, she offered to call me back and stayed with me until I was really happy about everything.
