Great Service - Discovery Insure - Dionne Stevens

I had the unfortunate experience of losing my phone which was an iPhone X, and you know how attached to our phones are. I submitted a claim online on the Discovery app and within 10 minutes of putting in my claim a consultant from Discovery called. Her name was Dionne Stevens and she was absolutely amazing. After asking a few questions, she then advised me on the process and requested additional document. I sent in the documents that evening and the very next day Dionne called to inform me that my claim had been approved. A few minutes later the service provider allocated to replace my phone called and the very next morning my phone was delivered. It really made me happy and proud to be with Discovery cause time and time again they have given me professional service and their turn around time is AMAZING. It literally took two days to have my phone replaced. Which other insurer can claim the same. Dionne has a kind, helpful, professional and efficient service. Well Done
