Great Service Discovery

I was involved in my first bumper bash 2 weeks ago. At the time of shock and an ******** driver of the other end... I received a call from Discovery in less than 2mins. The first question was... Are you okay, do you or any of your passengers require medical assistance, are you able to drive your car. Whilst all of this might be purely procedural it was very comforting. I was also told that if a call is not answered within 5 attempts I think... your vehicle is tracked and medical assistance will be sent by Discovery.

It was awful that in 2 months I would have hit my 3 years with being claim free... but I am truly appreciative of the manner in which my claim was handled and the overall experience. I have since received calls from various insurance companies offering lower premiums, but based on this experience I will stay with Discovery... customer service is truly more valuable.
