Great service delivered on time
Yesterday, my dealer requested to amend my name on the confirmation cover. The representative of Discovery went beyond to ensure that the normal process did not stand in my way to collect my car. He kept me on the call and said Don't go until you are sorted. Thai is what I call it doing something beyond what is supposed to be done. Well done. May I request that he be informed of this feedback, I don't remember his name but the call was on 6 Aug at around 13h11 for 36 minutes.
